We went here for early dinner. We got Pittmasters favorite for starters and had US Angus Beef Brisket and Premium Smoked Pork Belly. For the drinks we had Lemon Cucumber and Raspberry Iced tea. The salad was flavorful. Perfect with the vinegrette dressing. Love the chewy creamy burrata ball on the salad. As for the Angus Beef Brisket and Smokef pork belly, the Beef was really tender and cooked well. Likewise with pork belly, its juicy and tender. We can't even differentiate the beef from the pork due to how soft the meats were. They also serve wines here if you like to bring your date here. Their store is a bit small and there is also very limited parking space. But the service is great. Attentive and friendly staff. We will definitely comeback here for another round.

Asuk Tarlac is easy to find, which makes it very convenient to visit. Parking is limited with only a few slots available, but the place itself is well designed, small yet with a good seating capacity. They also offer private dining, which is ideal for small gatherings. The interior gives the restaurant a warm and cozy ambiance. The staff were accommodating, polite, and attentive during our visit. We tried the Sulit Meal Crispy Chicken, which had a generous serving and tasted like home-style fried chicken, simple, comforting, and familiar. It also comes with a drink, making it a good value. The Smashed Burger was delicious and big, definitely filling. The Chicken Truffle was creamy, rich, and generously portioned, making it very satisfying. We ordered Kid’s Meal #2, which included mac and cheese, chicken fingers, fries, and a drink—perfect for little ones. The Mango Shake and House Blend Iced Tea were both refreshing and complemented the meal well. To end on a sweet note, the Triple Chocolate Mousse was a delightful dessert, rich, smooth, and the perfect treat after a hearty meal. Overall, Asuk Tarlac offers generous portions, comforting food, and a pleasant dining atmosphere. A great place to enjoy a relaxed meal.

The steak is very delicious and tender. The server who assisted us Mr. Christian is very friendly. He explained how the steak was smoked for 14 hours. The place is comfy and aesthetic.

Asuk is a very satisfying smoked-meats restaurant that clearly knows what it’s doing. From start to finish, the experience felt deliberate, well prepared, and focused on quality rather than shortcuts. We started with the Caesar salad, which was fresh and crisp and worked surprisingly well as a lead-in to a smoked-meat–heavy meal. It was well balanced and not overdressed, making it a solid opener. The smoked meats were the real highlight. The Angus beef belly was rich and deeply smoky, full of flavor without being overwhelming, and clearly cooked with care. The pork belly was just as enjoyable — juicy, tender, and well balanced between meat and fat, with the smoke enhancing rather than overpowering the dish. The Wagyu beef was especially impressive. It was moist, tender, and exceptionally flavorful, standing out even among the other strong meat offerings. This was easily one of the highlights of the meal. The Peri Peri chicken also deserves special mention. It was moist, flavorful, and nicely spiced, showing that Asuk handles poultry just as well as heavier cuts — no easy feat when smoking chicken. Service throughout the meal was great: attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. The air conditioning made the dining experience very comfortable, which is a big plus when enjoying rich, smoked dishes. Overall, everything tasted thoughtfully prepared using quality ingredients and solid technique. Portions were satisfying, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the menu felt cohesive rather than random. If you enjoy smoked meats with real smoke flavor, proper texture, and attention to detail, Asuk is absolutely worth a visit and is a place I’d happily return to.

The smoked angus beef belly is delicious and melts in your mouth. The pasta con aligue is rich in flavor with generous crab paste. The tres leches is also a perfect dessert to cap the sumptuous meal.

I love the food! I got the smoky wagyu steak and it’s so delicious and tender you won’t need a knife to cut it. The mashed is so creamy and smooth. The staff mentioned they slow cooked their meat for 14-16 hours! The staff is also very polite, friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back and try other dishes!

The food was excellent, and the serving sizes were generous. Service was also outstanding—staff were attentive and accommodating. The ambience was decent, though we went during lunchtime and it was quite hot outside, so the air conditioning struggled to keep the restaurant cool. We celebrated my sister’s birthday there, and we really appreciated the complimentary small cake, candles, and the staff singing “Happy Birthday.” It made the experience extra special. Overall, it was a great dining experience. 8/10, would definitely recommend.
